Ordered products are generally dispatched within 48 hours after the order is placed, considering the first working day.
The delivery time is within 24/48 hours for Italy and 72 hours for the smaller islands and inconvenient locations from when the shipping confirmation email is received.
Deliveries are made exclusively on working days, Monday to Friday, during office hours, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Delivery is made only within Italy.
The fixed cost for shipping is 10€ for orders under 40€ (VAT included), while for orders over 79€ shipping is free of charge.
It is not possible to ship products in glass and in quantities greater than 15 litres.
